There's been an increased focus lately on the mental health crisis amongst teens and young people, and specifically the role that smartphones and social media might play. Should we be taking action to restrict young people's access to smartphones and social media?

I'm joined by Shoshana Weissmann of the R Street Institute, and we debate the benefits vs the harms of social media, whether or not to support government regulations, and how we can build a healthier childhood for kids growing up today.
