The Denver New Liberals commenced the week with a spirited happy hour, held at Talnua Distillery, in the company of Representative Brittany Pettersen (CO-07) and YIMBY Denver. More than 60 people attended the event, which was a jubilant celebration of Rep. Pettersen's commendable introduction of the YIMBY Act in Congress. State Representative Iman Jodeh and an aide for State Representative Steven Woodrow also stopped by the event, offering valuable insights into the pressing need for land use reform at the state level.

Later in the week, the Denver New Liberals' enthusiasm led them to Washington D.C. for the New Liberal Action Summit (NLAS) hosted by the Center for New Liberalism and New Democracy.
